About us

Who we are

Pine Creek Mining, Inc. acquires, explores, develops and operates gold, silver and copper properties in the south-western United States.

The company

Building a south-western US mining business, one sound property at a time

Our first project is the Gold Basin Mine, a placer gold property in the Hassayampa Mining District of Yavapai County, Arizona.

Pine Creek works with a core team of geologists, mining engineers and financial analysts to identify viable properties. In assessing a property, we prefer sites with a current NI 43-101 Technical Report that states both measured and indicated mineral resources.

Pine Creek Mining is part of the Pushpak Bullions group, through its parent company Pushpak Bullions Pvt. Ltd, based in Mumbai, India.

Our approach

How we choose and build projects

01

Identify

Our geologists, engineers and analysts screen properties in the south-western United States for gold, silver and copper potential.

02

Verify

We favour properties backed by a current NI 43-101 Technical Report with measured and indicated resources prepared by a Qualified Person.

03

Develop

We prove the operation with a pilot plant, complete permitting with the US Forest Service and other agencies, then move to full-scale production.
